As executive vice president, chief financial and investment officer, and chief risk officer, Mr. Lynch brings more than 40 years of experience to his role at AmeriServ. Prior to assuming his current role in 2015, Mr. Lynch served as vice president and chief investment and risk officer. He holds a bachelor of arts in business from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, as well as an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Lynch serves on the American Heart Association's executive leadership team of Cambria & Somerset Counties, serves as a foundation board member for Penn Highlands Community College, and is a board member of the non-profit Worth the Weight.
